AUGUST 2006:
Lori-Ann made the tough decision to withdraw from the North Americans for 2006.

*9th: Tammy’s (Lori-Ann’s sister) Birthday
*19th: Rio’s 7th birthday
*20th: Paul’s (Lori-Ann’s brother-in-law) 40th Birthday
*25th: Brendan’s (Darrin’s son) 13th Birthday
*26th-27th: Attending Canfit Pro conference and Goodlife’s awards ceremony in Toronto

JULY 2006:

* July 1st - I placed 10th at the Canadian Nationals
* July 10th - begin 10 week contest prep for the North American Championships on September 15th and 16th. Visit www.garyudit.com for more info.

JUNE 2006:

* June 17th - I will be appearing at the prestigious OPA Ontario Championships with Allmax
* June 29th - Darrin and I fly out to Edmonton Alberta to compete at the 2006 Canadian Nationals
* June 30th - Pre registration at host hotel
* July 1st - Show day

MAY 2006:

*Darrin's Birthday May 18th.
*Saturday May 27th I will be at the Allmax booth during the level 1 & 2 OPA show in Mississauga.

APRIL 2006:

*I will have a booth set up at the Burlington Goodlife (my gym) anniversary party, April 20 5pm-9pm
*I will be at the Allmax booth during the 2006 Stratford OPA show, April 29.

MARCH 2006:

*Lori-Ann became a moderator on www.leangirl.com
*Registered for the Nationals in figure, class: medium tall.
*I begin my 17 week contest prep for the 2006 National fitness and figure championships.

FEBRUARY 2006:

*Process begins on timetoemerge.com with K-Max Media Entertainment.
*I did my first appearance for Allmax at Fitmass in Newmarket on Feb. 18th
*I appeared in my first National ad for Allmax.
*Darrin and I enjoyed our holidays and travelled to Jamaica for a week.
*Darrin and I celebrate our anniversary—in Jamaica of course.

JANUARY 2006:

*I signed a one year sponsorship endorsement with Allmax nutrition.
*Celebrated my mom’s 60th birthday.
