Beef Stir Fry Wrap

This is a simple Asian(ish) stir fry that you can eat on a rickshaw.  This could also be hot or cold and would be good either way. You better be hungry though because this one is filling.

1 large whole wheat wrap
5oz eye of round cut into strips
½ sliced red pepper
½ sliced green pepper
½ sliced celery stalk
¼ cup sliced onion
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tbsp sliced green onion
1 tsp 3/6/9 oil
Salt and pepper to taste

In a hot pan (or wok) prayed with low fat cooking spray add beef strips and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute each side and remove from pan.  Then add peppers, celery, sliced onion and ginger and cook for about 4 minutes (you want them still crunchy but not raw).  When vegetables are almost ready add in beef, garlic, green onion and salt (you could replace salt with soya sauce) and pepper and toss for another minute.  Place contents of pan onto wrap and drizzle with 3/6/9 oil wrap it up and enjoy now or later.

Protein 35g      Carbs 36g        Fat 15.5g

The whole wheat wrap contains approximately 4g protein, 27g carbs and 4g of fat. Minus these numbers from recipe for recipe stats with lower carbs.
