Breakfast Burrito

1 Chicken/Turkey Sausage Chopped
1 Whole Egg
2 Egg Whites
1 tbsp Chopped Red Pepper
1 tbsp Chopped Onion
1 tbsp Salsa
1 tsp Chopped Cilantro
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Large Whole Wheat Wrap

Place sausage, peppers and onion in a med high pan (spray with low fat cooking spray).  Cook until onions become translucent.  While cooking mix together whole egg, egg whites, salsa, salt and pepper and cilantro.  Pour mixture into pan and stir until eggs begin to set.

Place eggs on wrap and fold to seal.  Place wrap on grill to crisp up on each side (30 seconds).

Stats for this meal are:

36g Protein                 34g Carbs       14.5g Fat

The whole wheat wrap contains approximately 4g protein, 27g carbs and 4g of fat. Minus these numbers from recipe for recipe stats with lower carbs.
