Tuna Salad Wrap


Tuna WrapThis is another quick one for any time of the day, if you want to take this one to a new level use fresh tuna that you grill or broil instead of canned.

1 large whole wheat wrap
1 can tuna drained (6oz packed in water)
2 tbsp low fat whipped dressing
¼ dill pickle diced
4” piece of celery diced
½ green onion chopped
½ tbsp 3/6/9 oil
¼ cup shredded lettuce
Salt and pepper to taste

In a bowl combine everything but the lettuce and  wrap and mix together.  Once combined place and wrap cover with lettuce and wrap it up.

Protein 35.1g   Carbs 32.5g     Fat 14g

The whole wheat wrap contains approximately 4g protein, 27g carbs and 4g of fat. Minus these numbers from recipe for recipe stats with lower carbs.
