One on One Training
These are sessions 50 minutes in length and are just you and your trainer. They are sold in single sessions or packages of 20 or more. One on one training is the best way to get the most effective workout when at the gym.
When you purchase a package of sessions a program will be designed specific to your goal, when buying just one session at a time you are basically getting 50 minutes with a trainer to cover whatever it is that you wanted to work on for that session. Single sessions are mainly for experienced trainees that wish to get an extra little kick out of a specific workout or be shown a few new things, again new trainees should buy larger packages to get the most out of the sessions.
